What kind of materials do you use?

I use a combination of Dr. Ph Martin inks, watercolour pastels or pencils, and Da Vinci, Golden, Vallejo, and Liquitex acrylics on high quality, acid free, cold press watercolor paper, gallery wrap canvas, or wood.

Are your paintings signed?

I sign my paintings on the back.

How do you finish your paintings?

I finish my paintings with varnish to protect from fading and damage. The edges of gallery wrap canvas and cradled wood are finished by painting them black.

Are your paintings ready to hang?

Yes.

Are your paintings framed?

Some are, some are not. Framed paintings will say so in the description.

What else?

I do use plant and crystal essences in under-paintings or as a spritz during the process. I craft these during various lunations and celestial alignments, with fresh plants I gather from my garden or wilderness, in spring water; they infuse each painting with their vibrational energies.

My artwork makes interesting housewarming and rite of passage gifts, as well as focal points for your own contemplative practice on a wall or altar.

How are your greeting cards printed?

My cards go through a professional single purpose printer with eight pigment inks.

Are the insides blank?

Yes.

Are the backs blank?

They have my name and website on the back, as well as names of the plants that gave the depiction life in the case of ephemeral portraits. Some cards have poems by Rumi, Hafez, Mary Oliver, and others on the back.

Do you accept returns?

Typically, I do not but email me and we can work out something as needed.
